*Position Summary:*

Monday - Friday, 8hours day shift

The IT Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems and regulations, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

*Responsibilities:*
* Help develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA
* Monitor and help maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating as needed to ensure minimal disruption to patient care
* Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency and patient outcomes
* Collaborate with external IT consultants on a routine basis regarding open projects
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending upgrades and enhancements as appropriate
* Provide training and desktop support to staff on IT systems and best practices
* Manage an on-site Technical Support Specialist

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, including EMR/EHR systems, PACS, and medical imaging software
* Experience with healthcare compliance regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use
* Proven track record of managing projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
