LPJ is a 50-year-old regional general contractor that specializes in retail and mixed-use projects. LPJ Superintendents are expected to manage site and ground up construction with multiple buildings. They must interact with clients, governing agencies, subcontractors and our office staff in a manner consistent with the LPJ culture and mission statement. LPJ Superintendents are expected to have basic computer and office skills as well as exceptional technical and field management abilities. Our Superintendents interface on a regular basis with clients, National Tenants and design professionals and must possess superior communication skills.LPJ projects range between $4M and $60M in size and generally include both buildings and substantial sitework. Projects are generally located in Southern and Central California.If you are an ambitious, dynamic Assistant Superintendent ready to move to the next level, your application will be considered as well. Preferred QualificationsB.S or AA in a related field3-7 Years of Field Construction ExperienceRetail, Hospitality, Mixed Use or Industrial ExperienceSite and or Civil Construction ExperienceProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsProficient in Microsoft ProjectExperience and Proficiency with ProcoreAbout LPJLPJ promotes a culture of trust, reliability and long-term thinking.
