Be recognized for your contributions and enjoy autonomy in your work Thrive in a supportive, family-oriented environment Work in a company that values quality, customer satisfaction, and employee growth Full benefits and generous paid time off Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Role Overview - Payroll Specialist: Processing payroll on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) Calculating wages, benefits, deductions, taxes, and bonuses with precision Maintaining and updating payroll records, including employee information, tax forms, and direct deposit details Verifying timekeeping records and resolving discrepancies Responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees and providing timely support Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations Preparing payroll reports for management, finance, and auditing purposes Coordinating with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations Filing payroll tax reports, W-2s, and other required documents xhuatnn Managing garnishments, deductions, and benefits contributions Staying current on payroll regulations and industry best practices Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of payroll processing experience Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, deductions, and compliance laws Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and other departments #LI-LR1#ZRCFS#INNOV2025
