You’ll play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, and client satisfaction across diverse industries including aviation, commercial buildings, electrical transmission & distribution, manufacturing, oil & gas, power generation, process facilities, and water.What You’ll DoAssist Project Managers, Site Managers, and EPC leaders with day-to-day project executionSupport safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and procurement activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field-based operationsManage documentation, proposals, estimates, and project turnoverServe as a client interface and ensure smooth communication across teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of relevant construction experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management softwareStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and manage high workloads in fast-paced environmentsPrior experience on construction project sites or program management in aviation, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, transportation, or waterNice to HaveKnowledge of scheduling concepts (critical path, float, resource leveling)Experience in manufacturing construction projectsFamiliarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and advanced ExcelCompensation:$70.00/hr to $80.00/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
