We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

*Duties*
- Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
- Assist in diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic procedures
- Provide care for patients across various specialties including geriatrics, behavioral health, and infant care
- Implement dementia care protocols and support patients with specialized needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize knowledge of physiology and medical systems to deliver optimal patient outcomes

*Qualifications*
- Possess a valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Demonstrated experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a Level I Trauma Center
- Proficiency in administering botulinum toxin treatments is desirable
- Familiarity with geriatric nursing practices and behavioral health interventions
- Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to patients with diverse needs
