Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Proficiency in medical terminology and physiology knowledge
Experience or interest in acute care, critical care, outpatient therapy, and geriatrics
Familiarity with speech therapy, medical imaging, and clinic environments

Responsibilities & Duties
Conduct detailed assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
Implement customized therapy programs, including exercises and activities to improve strength, coordination, and mobility.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
