Competitive Pay 100% Covered Health Insurance Generous PTO Work/Life Balance with no weekends or late nights 401(k) MatchJob DetailsShould have some of the following.have experience drafting and negotiating agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate;have experience drafting corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions;have a minimum of 2-5 years of Estate planning experience including wills, trusts and probate matters;represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings related to estate planning;have a minimum of 1-3 years of transactional experience in real estate and corporate matters is a plus;ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;work with clients directly with the supervision of senior attorneys;have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and academic credentials;enjoy working with clients from a variety of ethnic backgrounds (proficiency in another language is a plus)Identify valuable law firm, title relationships and investment opportunities;Responsible for overseeing and accelerating new business growth for the firm by managing, developing and implementing initiatives for our core practice areas by:Identifying current influencers and referral sourcesDeveloping new referral sources (both inbound and outbound referrals)Identifying local market opportunities for new business developmentInterested in hearing more?
