Communicates with the Registered Nurse and patient care team to ensure a safe environment for medical patients requiring constant observation. Completes duties as assigned under the direct supervision of the RN.Job Requirements• Education◦ Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent• Experience◦ Preferred: Previous patient sitter experience• Skills◦ Must be 18 years of age or older◦ Able to communicate and work with a wide variety of staff, patients and families◦ Basic computer skills◦ Ability to problem solve◦ Flexibility and ability to remain alert to safety issues• Licensure/Certification/Registration◦ N/AEducation: xhuatnn Preferred: High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience: Preferred: Previous patient sitter experienceSkills: Must be 18 years of age or older Able to communicate and work with a wide variety of staff, patients and families Basic computer skills Ability to problem solve Flexibility and ability to remain alert to safety issuesLicensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
