The Litigation Specialist must: maintain organized litigation files, perform auditing duties, demonstrate understanding and knowledge of litigation process and insurance coverage, provide timely support to facilities with various matters, assemble documents for discovery, maintain expert status on assigned cases, learn and integrate new information quickly, and complete other duties as assigned in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.*Professional Development*We understand that you want to succeed not only as a person but also as a professional.
