Our drivers enjoy a superior pay package that includes:$0.60 to $0.71 per mile, depending on experience$1,263 - $1,902 per week, based on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of serviceA full pay package consisting of tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriateIn addition to our highly competitive pay, we offer an exceptional benefits package, including:Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, & life insuranceBenefits available after eligibility waiting periodLong-term and short-term disabilityHealth savings account401(k) with employer match xhuatnn Employee assistance programLife insuranceAn attractive transition package of $1,800Accrue 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked, then 80 hours PTO (1-9 years), 120 hours PTO (10+ years)We also have pet and guest rider policies in place.
