This full-time position is responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure safe and efficient daily operations.*Responsibilities** Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair company vehicles* Maintain a fleet including *Class A, B, C, and automotive vehicles, as well as Construction Equipment as needed.** Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs* Ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards* Keep accurate maintenance and repair records* Work closely with operations to minimize downtime*Requirements** Proven experience as a *Diesel Mechanic, Auto Technician, or Trailer Technician** Must *own personal tools** Valid *Driver’s License* with *fewer than 3 points** Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills* Ability to work independently and on-site full-time*Preferred Qualifications** *CDL Operator’s License* (nice to have)*What We Offer** Competitive hourly pay: *$25–$30/hour** Steady, full-time employment* Work with a well-established xhuatnn landscape development company* Supportive team environment*Apply today* to join Mortons Landscape Development Company and help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 45 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
