An active IL license is required to apply.About the Facility LocationThe facility is located in Rockford, IL.About the Clinician's WorkdayThis position offers a flexible work model in either a clinic, hospital, or both, with a high patient volume and approximately 30-minute clinic appointments. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8a.m. to 5p.m., with no call or ED coverage.
