Lead IT strategy and modernization for a growing organization Drive digital transformation initiatives and align technology with business goals Collaborate with senior leadership and influence enterprise-wide decisions Enjoy stability, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits Responsibilities: Develop and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business objectives Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software, and cybersecurity Own IT budget, contracts, procurement, and capital planning Manage internal IT staff and external technology vendors (ERP, CRM, licensing, hardware) Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation Lead modernization efforts for ERP, CRM, and infrastructure platforms Provide escalation support for critical incidents and maintain high service availability Support collaboration services, including M365 and SharePoint application development Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or IT (Master's preferred) 8+ years in IT management roles Expertise in IT risk and compliance, cloud operations, disaster recovery, and end-user services Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing vendors and distributed teams Certifications: CISSP or CISM, ITIL v4 Foundation Proven ability to lead digital transformation and align IT initiatives with business xhuatnn strategy Bonus Points: PMP certification Microsoft Azure Enterprise Administrator or AWS/Oracle Solutions Architect ERP implementation experience (Epicor, NetSuite, etc.) Familiarity with LBM, retail, or distribution environments Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, automation, IoT) Benefits: Competitive salary Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement Employee discounts Opportunities for growth and development
