The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various equipment within our plant, ensuring that production goals are met while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Three years minimum experience required.*Responsibilities** Safely operate concrete batch plant.* Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.* Monitor equipment operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.*Skills** Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic machining tasks.* Experience in concrete forming, finishing, and mixing is highly desirable.* Ability to fabricate and build components as required for production.* Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Health insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 12 hour shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededWork Location: In person
