In this role you will guide and delivery-transformational supply chain solutions for clients as part of Deloitte’s US Supply Chain & Network Operations Offering. You’ll lead advisory and implementation efforts across strategy, process design, configuration, deployment, and performance measurement. You’ll work with top WMS platforms (Manhattan Associates and BlueYonder) and help craft proposals for client opportunities. You’ll mentor teams and coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives to improve value across the supply chain.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Supply Chain and Operations strategy and help implement next-generation solutions
- Manage solution delivery across process design, configuration, deployment, and testing, plus establish performance metrics and policies
- Lead knowledge management and proposal development efforts for client opportunities
- Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Implement and/or oversee WMS solutions (Manhattan Associates and/or BlueYonder)
- Develop and lead WMS proposals for clients
- Mentor and provide clear guidance to team members
- Build and sustain professional client relationships
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment
Key requirements
- 10+ years warehousing experience in process improvement, layout, and/or management
- 8+ years of experience implementing SCM/ERP solutions
- 5+ WMS technology solutions (design, install, configuration, setup, upgrades) such as Manhattan Associates and/or BlueYonder
- 5+ years experience xhuatnn leading WMS implementations
- 3+ years leading development of WMS proposals
- Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large-scale WMS solutions
- Sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to travel 50%
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
