We design and build complex custom landscapes, outdoor living spaces, pools, sitework, drainage systems, and full estate environments.We are looking for an Assistant Landscape Superintendent — someone who thrives outside, enjoys construction, and can keep jobs moving with quality and accountability.This is a field-first role. You will be on job sites daily, supporting production, quality control, scheduling, and communication between subs, clients, and our project team.What You’ll DoMaintain a daily presence on active job sitesAssist with field coordination, sequencing, and schedulingHold subcontractors accountable to quality and timelinesVerify work completed each day and report progressWalk sites for punch items, corrections, and readinessEnsure proper installation of landscape, hardscape, drainage, and irrigationManage site access, deliveries, staging, and safetyCommunicate clearly with clients, subs, and our internal teamSupport the Superintendent with field documentation and updatesCapture jobsite photos and maintain daily logsHelp keep projects organized and moving forwardWhat We’re Looking For1–4+ years of experience in construction, landscaping, or outdoor workComfortable directing subs and communicating confidentlyStrong awareness of quality standards and attention to detail xhuatnn Able to read or willing to learn plans, elevations, and site layoutsNot afraid to work outside year-roundAssertive, reliable, and process-drivenGood judgment on job sites and able to problem-solve in real timeProfessional and respectful when speaking with homeownersA genuine interest in landscape construction and high-end residential workIf you’ve worked in landscape install, stonework, irrigation, carpentry, sitework, or any related field, this role is a strong fit.
