We have a great work life balance firm, but we fight smart, we fight hard—and we fight to win.*What You’ll Do:** Lead divorce, custody, and modification cases from start to finish* Communicate clearly and proactively with clients* Work closely with paralegals, intake, and client service to deliver a 10/10 experience* Prepare legal strategies, handle court appearances, and settle when it makes sense* Contribute ideas to improve our processes, technology, and results*Who You Are:** Licensed in Alabama and in good standing* Minimum 1 years of family law experience OR 2 years courtroom experience* Comfortable in court and in emotionally charged situations* Detail-oriented, self-directed and hungry to take feedback and development* Bonus if you’ve worked in a systemized or tech-forward firm*What We Offer:** Healthy caseload without burnout* Clear case assignments and high level collaboration and team support* xhuatnn Reasonable billable expectations* Great culture with strong core valuesHealth insurance + 401(k) availableJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceLicense/Certification:* Bar license (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Huntsville, AL 35801
