Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing. Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy.What you will need Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital is required.Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.Current CPR certification required.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
