Shifts Available: AM, PM, NOC

Pay Range: $21-$26 DOE with a $1500.00 Sign on BONUS

What you will do:

Assist Residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist with taking and recording resident's vital signs
Collaborate with your team and assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and their families
Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by lead RN and/or LPN
Responsible for treating everyone with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity

Must have:

Current and active CNA/NAC license (NEW GRADS WELCOME)
Must be knowledgeable of practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care as a CNA
Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently

Compensation for roles at Meadow Park Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Meadow Park Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Meadow Park Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Oregon, as stated below:
