Skyland Terrace and Rehabilitation is currently seeking top talent RN's to join our new and growing team of compassionate caring professionals.

Responsibilities:
1. Complete routine and new assessments for residents
2. Documenting all care provided into EMAR system
3. Administer medications as prescribed, documenting them on MARS
4. Provide wound care and necessary treatments as ordered
5. Communicate with and Supervise CNA's on shift
6. Communicate with physicians and providers about care needs and changes in care.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
8. Develop and foster relationships with residents and staff to provide a family and homelike environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
