We are currently seek a full-time licensed therapist - LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC to join our thriving, multidisciplinary private practice in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $70,900 to $106,000 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Clear and active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, licensed in Massachusetts.
Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience working with children or adolescents.
Experience with couples or family counseling.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
