The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing a wide range of land development projects with a focus on residential subdivisions. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage all aspects of land development projects, including roads, infrastructure, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systemsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirementsWork collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are metPrepare project reports, specifications, and cost estimatesUse AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS to create engineering designs and modelsPerform site inspections and provide technical support during constructionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) License PreferredMinimum of 5 years of Experience in Land Development Projects, with a focus on Residential SubdivisionsStrong Knowledge of Infrastructure Design, including Roads, Water Distribution Systems, and Sanitary Sewer DesignExperience in stormwater management and understanding of HEC-HMS and HEC-RASBenefitsMedicalDental Vision401(K) Yearly BonusPTOReferral Program Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
