Our team is known for combining aggressive litigation strategies with compassionate, client-focused representation.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced *Personal Injury Trial Attorney* to join our team. The ideal candidate has substantial litigation experience, thrives in the courtroom, and is passionate about advocating for injured clients.While our practice is focused solely on personal injury, candidates with additional experience in *employment law or workers’ compensation* are encouraged to apply, as that background will be considered a plus.Key Responsibilities* Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution or trial.* Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motions, and trial work.* Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and in the courtroom.* Develop and execute effective case strategies.* Provide clear, compassionate, and consistent communication with clients.* Work collaboratively with firm leadership, associates, and support staff.Qualifications* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.* Active license to practice law in California.* Minimum of 5–8 years of litigation experience, with *personal injury trial experience strongly preferred*.* Strong advocacy skills, both written and oral.* Ability to handle cases independently and manage deadlines.* Employment law or workers’ compensation experience is a plus, but not required.Compensation & Benefits* Competitive salary: *$120,000 – $250,000 annually*, depending on experience.* Performance-based bonuses.* Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.).* Professional growth and continuing legal education opportunities.* Supportive, team-oriented work environment in West Los Angeles.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and cover letter detailing your litigation and trial experience.
