As a Manager in Managed Services for Data, Analytics & AI, you will oversee data, analytics, and AI workstreams to improve client data environments, reporting, and model performance. You will coach teams, manage plans and budgets, and translate business needs into data solutions. You’ll drive data quality, observability, and pipeline maintenance while promoting AI-enabled tooling to enhance service delivery and decision-making. This role blends leadership with hands-on analytics in a client-facing advisory setting.

Responsibilities
- Lead data, analytics, and AI managed services workstreams across client environments
- Coach and develop team members, assign work by skills and priorities
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across engagement phases
- Translate business needs into data solutions for reporting and insights
- Oversee data quality, master data management, and data observability
- Guide data pipeline management, platform maintenance, and performance tuning
- Apply data architecture, data engineering, and visualization to improve decisions
- Review work products, xhuatnn resolve issues, and manage delivery risks with stakeholders
- Promote adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to improve service delivery
Key requirements
