We are searching for a caring, dedicated and motivated MDS Coordinator to join our nursing team

The MDS Coordinator will primarily focus on the resident assessment process,including individual assessment, Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment, and resident plan of care as well as planning, organization and direction of quality assurance programs and related activities.

Job Type: Full Time (Monday-Friday 8a-5p, rotating on call)

Must have valid RN license in the state of Kansas.
Prefer at least one year of management experience
Requires at least 1 year of MDS experience working closely with Medicare and private insurance
A Certification in MDS or Rehabilitation is preferred
Must maintain current CPR certificate
Computer experience in Windows preferred with some knowledge of database operations.
Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly.
Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
