The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, setting up and maintaining budgets, writing subcontracts, coordinating with the project team, establishing project timelines, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely delivery of quality construction projects to the clients.QualificationsAbility to utilize Procore or other similar project management toolsBudget setup and managementExpediting skillsExperience in Project ManagementStrong inspection and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsMultifamily experienceOsha 10/30 or related certification is a plusExperience with commercial construction projects is a plusFocus on effectively managing larger projects with a team
