Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all production operations, including production schedules, material usage, and equipment maintenance records.4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in the production process.5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with other departments and provide guidance to junior team members.6. A strong commitment to safety and compliance, with a thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards.7. A degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Engineering, is preferred but not essential.8.
