This role will require communication skills to convey information to integrated product team leaders, the program manager, and the customer.This is an Onsite role in Tewksbury, MA.What You Will Do:You will perform day-to-day high-level systems engineering tasks associated with the products we support.You will develop and mentor junior team membersYou will provide technical oversight of employees, monitor program execution, and support program efforts and proposal activities. You will interface with integrated product team leaders including software, hardware, and tests to develop and implement solutions.You will analyze system performance vs. technical requirements, research and make SW/Systems improvement recommendations.You will determine failure root cause and develop, design and implement solutions.You will present findings and solutions to stakeholders.You will travel up to 10% of your time to meet program requirementsQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experienceExperience with design, development, and/or analysis of radar systems, software architecture or related systemsExperience in Patriot operations and/or maintenanceAn active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
