The ideal candidate will have 15 to 25 years ofpost-college experience in all aspects of civil engineering projects, from concept through construction,and a proven track record of managing and leading project teams. The position will be based out of ourBozeman, MT office but may require some travel.Salary Range:$125,000-$145,000, Depends on Experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Write project proposals.Complete projects both independently and as part of a team.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D for engineering design of roads, water, and sewer infrastructure, and 3D grading with surfaces.Perform complex engineering calculations and prepare detailed technical evaluations, reports, construction plan sets, specifications, bidding documents, estimates, and permitting applications.Collaborate with other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.Review/redline and provide QA/QC on engineering reports, plan sets, specifications, and project submittal packages.Attend and lead meetings with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards on a variety of civil-related projects and tasks.Minimum Qualifications:B.S. in Civil Engineering and 15 to 25 years of post-graduate experience.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Proven experience in managing and executing civil engineering projects from concept through construction.Excellent computer and technical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel minimum) required.Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2022 (or newer) required.
