Job Title: Epicor ERP Specialist Location: Grand Rapids, MI Job Type: Full Time, Direct-Hire Salary: $100,000-$130,000Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401k w/match, PTO, etc. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Specialist to add to the IT department. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Epicor Kinetic ERP System including database management, report writing, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities of the Epicor ERP Specialist: Administer and maintain Epicor Kinetic ERP applications and associated SQL Server databases. Manage system updates, patches, and version upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security. Develop and support custom dashboards, SSRS and Crystal Reports, and Epicor customizations. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants. Automate and schedule data exports and reports; create scripts for file renaming and movement. Write and optimize SQL queries to support Power BI reporting and analytics. Perform regular database backups, restorations, and data transfers. Translate business requirements into detailed program specifications and workflows. Respond to and resolve support requests related to Epicor and Power BI platforms. Maintain and enhance business intelligence dashboards, datasets, and reporting tools Qualifications of the Epicor ERP Analyst: Proven experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support. Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI; experience with Tableau is a plus. Strong understanding of database management, backup strategies, and data integrity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Strong organizational and project management abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with supply chain, manufacturing, or related business processes. xhuatnn Experience with third-party integrations such as MobileFrame, GeoTab, SolidWorks, Digital Shipper, Avalara is a plus. #LI-NB1
