This position supports client satisfaction and internal reporting by ensuring AR functions are performed efficiently and thoroughly.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform customer payment analysis and reconcile accounts for B2B and B2G transactions Address payment discrepancies by initiating and tracking dispute resolutions Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing and return issues Assist in generating AR-related reports for internal and external stakeholders Support new team members through training and systems guidanceMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience 3+ years in B2B or B2G payment reconciliation and dispute management Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, math, and reconciliation capabilitiesCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMSSAPSAP FSCM & SAP DisputesSalesforceMicrosoft ExcelGeneral Accounting SoftwarePREFERRED SKILLS Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication Familiarity with credit, return, and collections operationsBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
