Are you a passionate and dedicated Clinical Social Worker seeking a fulfilling role? We are looking for a compassionate individual to join our team and provide essential support to at-risk expecting families and newborns.

*About the Role:*

As a Clinical Social Worker, you will deliver in-home, clinical, and virtual therapeutic services to families facing challenges during pregnancy and postpartum. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct social work services to expecting and new families.
* Conduct thorough mental health and needs assessments.
* Develop and implement individualized service plans.
* Serve as a liaison between families and community resources.
* Maintain detailed case documentation and progress notes.
* Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
* Licensed as a mental health professional in Michigan (LP, LLP, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, MD, DO, PMHNP).
* Minimum of 2 years of outpatient social work experience.
* Advanced knowledge of social work services and working with at-risk families.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
* Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Certification in infant mental health preferred.
* Experience in perinatal behavioral health and trauma-informed care preferred.
