The Salesperson will actively engage with clients, present tailored roofing and construction solutions, and generate new business opportunities. Responsibilities include building relationships, managing client accounts, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, focusing on customer needs and closing dealsAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partnersKnowledge of roofing and construction systems, materials, and competitive productsProficiency in creating and delivering professional proposals and presentationsExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsExperience in using CRM software and other sales toolsProactive and self-motivated approach with a results-oriented mindsetPrior experience in roofing, construction, or a related industry is a plusValid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally for client meetingsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferredCompensation: This is a commission only opportunity with high earning potential.
