Requirements:   · Proven experience in senior technical sales leadership and B2B manufacturing.· Demonstrated success in managing technical customer-facing teams.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.· Experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing technical roles.· Ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through consultative technical selling.Educational Requirements· 5-10 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in an Technical Sales or Business Development Leadership role.· Must have Bachelors degree in Engineering.
