*Position Overview:*
Cedar Home Health is seeking experienced RNs for Home Health positions providing skilled nursing visits in patients' homes. As a well-established and privately-owned home health agency, we offer a friendly work environment with ample flexibility. Candidates with prior home care experience are preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or home health setting.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
* Active RN license in Rhode Island (RI)
* Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital, skilled nursing, or home care
* Strong preference for experience with Oasis Assessment and Care Planning
* *Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus\\*
* *Must have an active driver's license and reliable vehicle*
* *Motor Vehicle Insurance*

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Assess patient condition and deliver nursing care at regular intervals
* Follow plan of care and make necessary adjustments as patient needs evolve
* Provide treatment to patients in their homes
* Instruct and advise patients and/or their families on care protocols
* Review medications and administer treatments as prescribed by physician
* Complete and submit all related paperwork, including Electronic Medical Records, accurately and on time

*Weekend Position Requirements:*
* Must have at least 1 year of home health Nursing experience
* Weekend rotations available for experienced candidates
