We have multiple multi-million dollar projects starting soon and are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our team to oversee day to day operations of those upcoming projects.If you are a Project Manager with experience, please read onWhat You Will Be DoingYou will be part of a highly technical & widely diversified specialty construction company. With a company philosophy based on teamwork and creative management.Responsibilities Include Planning and overseeing a wide range of different construction projects from beginning to end. Keeping track of supplies & Balancing the budget Collaborate with subcontractors Ensure all regulations are met and permits acquired Oversee RFPs and contracting process for architects, engineers, contractors, and other project consultants Effectively leverage existing GC & Supplier contacts to win work Bid/ Estimate projects for award Track project schedules and monitor progress and delays. Manage financial analysis to keep project-specific economic models up to date. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies Assist in preparing the financial and market feasibility analysis of projects.
