This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable courtroom experience, work directly with clients, and grow within a supportive legal team.Take the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.*Responsibilities** Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and related forms.* Conduct legal research and provide case analysis to determine the best course of action.* Maintain organized case files to ensure accessibility for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.* Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, mediations, and other legal proceedings.* Provide sound legal advice and representation in both family law and criminal law matters.*Qualifications** Licensed to practice law in Texas (Required).* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.* Criminal law or family law experience preferred but not required.* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff.* Spanish language skills preferred but not required.*Schedule** *Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM** *In-person only — no hybrid or remote work**Relocation** Must be able to relocate to Pasadena, TX before starting work.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):* This is a full-time, in-office position located in Pasadena, TX, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
