About You:

As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our property management team and ensuring smooth operations across our various properties. Youll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting end-users, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve IT support requests.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical problems.
Document support requests, solutions, and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to end-users.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Associate degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.

Physical Demands:

Sedentary: Sitting most of the time

Physical: Frequent use of computer keyboard, mouse, 10-key

Visual: Frequent use of computer monitor
