Excellent mentorship and training.Job DetailsWe are seeking a self-motivated Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice, whether on the plaintiff or defense side. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is eager to grow their skills and practice in a supportive and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload, including taking depositions, making court appearances, and drafting legal documents. Handle assignments for other attorneys, particularly during the initial phase of your tenure. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve favorable case resolutions. Receive mentorship and guidance from senior attorneys to support your professional development.Qualifications: Basic familiarity with personal injury and medical malpractice law. Preferred experience in taking and defending depositions. Excellent writing, time management, and organizational skills.
