Position Overview: The Project Engineer position offers a dynamic and self-motivated individual the unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing business in a rewarding field. The position offers a balance between field work (approximately 70%) and office work (approximately 30%) and provides for a fulfilling experience in the environmental field in a fast-paced company. Opportunities for advancement in this position include Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager. This position requires overnight travel approximately 25% of the time.Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.Key Responsibilities:• Field:o Support in-house construction crews and site superintendentso Oversight and management of subcontractorso Complete daily field logs and conduct daily safety briefingso Confirm field quality objectives are achievedo Collect field data via surveying and sampling equipmento Project support and communication with project management• Office:o Support project management and construction estimateso Produce, manage, and maintain Project Submittal logso Report writing (e.g. Workplans, xhuatnn Health and Safety Plans, etc.)o Data management and site plan developmento AutoCAD drawingso Project scheduling and logisticso Develop knowledge of construction and environmental and safety regulationso Interact with clients, subcontractors, regulatory officials, and industry professionalso Support overall business operations
