In addition to hiring full-time CDL drivers, we are actively open to drivers who want to own or lease a volumetric concrete mixer truck and operate as an independent contractor loading directly from our fully automated yard in Palmetto. We provide the materials; you operate your own truck and grow your own income.We are also hiring full-time W2 CDL Class B drivers to operate company-owned volumetric concrete mixer trucks in the Manatee County region. If you are dependable, safety-focused, and take pride in your work, this is your opportunity to join a growing, modern, and tech-oriented concrete delivery company with year-round demand and growth potential.Compensation: Starting at $25.00–$35.00/hour, depending on experience Plus: Overtime pay, driver performance bonuses, and referral bonusesJob Responsibilities:Safely drive and operate a volumetric concrete mixer truck for job sites across the regionConduct daily DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsCalibrate, batch, and mix concrete materials on-site per specificationsLoad cement, stone, and sand into the truck using loader or bulk systemsKeep truck and work area clean and well-maintainedFollow all traffic and safety regulationsCommunicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, customers, and site contacts, English (Required) & Spanish (preferred but not required)Requirements:Valid CDL Class B license and current medical card (required)Clean driving record (MVR check required)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditionsComfortable climbing, kneeling, and operating truck equipmentExperience with concrete delivery or operating construction equipment (Preferred but not required)Must pass drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle reportSchedule:Monday through Friday (some Saturdays and Sundays as needed)Home every night – local deliveries onlyConsistent year-round workBenefits (W2 Company Driver):Performance bonusesDriver and referral bonuses2 weeks of PTO in DecemberYearly raiseUniforms and safety gear providedReliable, well-maintained trucks and equipmentOn-the-job training and advancement opportunitiesExperience Required:3+ years of CDL driving (Required)1+ years of concrete or construction-related work (Preferred but not required)Volumetric truck experience is a plus but not requiredApply Now — Hiring Immediately Whether you want a stable full-time career OR are interested in the entrepreneur opportunity to own/lease a volumetric mixer and load daily at our yard, we’d like to hear from you.Submit your resume with references ONLINE ONLY – REPLY DIRECTLY TO THIS POST.
