Full-Time | Night Shift

MLR is looking for a highly skilled Sleep Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct sleep studies and deliver exceptional patient care. Working closely with our sleep medicine specialists, you will help diagnose and manage sleep disorders, supporting our patients in achieving restful and restorative sleep.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and monitor overnight sleep studies (polysomnography) and other related tests.
Set up and calibrate sleep study equipment, ensuring accurate data collection.
Record patient data, including physiological measurements and behavioral observations.
Analyze sleep study results and prepare detailed reports for review by sleep specialists.
Educate patients about sleep disorders, testing procedures, and equipment use.
Maintain and troubleshoot sleep study equipment as needed.
Ensure a clean and comfortable environment for patients during their sleep studies.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist certification (RRT).
Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of sleep disorders and diagnostic procedures.
Excellent patient care and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
