Our culture is built on three core commitments: Continuous Improvement, Superior Quality, and Focus on What’s Important.Position SummaryWe’re seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver structural steel projects from contract award through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring every TSF project is completed safely, profitably, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. The Project Manager acts as the central point of communication, coordinating internal fabrication teams, detailers, erectors, suppliers, and general contractors to ensure scope, schedule, and client satisfaction remain in alignment.What You’ll DoLead project kickoff and internal turnover meetingsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestonesManage RFIs, submittals, contract documents, and change ordersCoordinate detailing, fabrication, purchasing, and shipping schedulesAttend general contractor coordination meetings (onsite and virtual)Verify fabrication aligns with drawings and project specificationsAssist in progress billing and track collectionsMonitor job costs, forecast profitability, and manage budgetsCommunicate with general contractors and steel erection teams to resolve issues quicklyEnsure project safety and quality standards are maintainedManage sub-fabricators, subcontractors, and suppliersConduct final project review and closeout documentationWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred4+ years of construction project management experience (structural steel preferred)Strong communication, organization, and leadership skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience reading and interpreting blueprints, structural drawings, and specificationsKnowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and project management softwareFinancial acumen with the ability to manage costs and track profitabilityValid driver’s licenseWhy Join TSF StructuresWork on high-profile commercial and industrial projects across the regionJoin a small, collaborative company with direct access to leaders and decision-makersBe part of a growing team, with future opportunities to mentor Assistant Project ManagersFlexible, autonomous work environment with a culture of open communicationCommitment to safety, innovation, and continuous improvementBuild Your Career on a Strong Foundation.
