Cognosis Health is a multi-specialty group of physicians and therapists dedicated to providing a wide variety of therapeutic and behavioral services to adults, children, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges. With a focus on providing care to our first responders and veterans we are building out our team of therapists to service Northern and Central New Jersey.

We provide behavioral support services and counseling services throughout Northern and Central New Jersey We are currently seeking licensed LCSW's to provide a variety of therapeutic services to children and adults. Our dynamic team includes internal medicine doctors, psychiatry, and therapists to provide a comprehensive resource for our patients. We are hiring for full and part time therapists and offer either a 1099 or W2 structure based upon our employee’s needs and commitment.

*Responsibilities and Duties*

*Intensive In-Home Counselor Responsibilities:*
* Provide in-office/community counseling to adults and adolescents who have emotional and/or behavioral needs.
* Provide services based on an individualized treatment plan to stabilize to prevent higher level of care.
* Provide behavioral interventions and behavioral management.
* Ensure complete and timely documentation of all activities
* Therapists will use short-term evidence-based practice/interventions to provide counseling to children/adolescents in accordance with their needs.
* Utilize Charm EHR to enter notes and appropriately bill visit with supplied ICD-10 & CPT Codes.
* Ability to answer text or emails on timely manner
* collaborate weekly with case managers and/or physicians with status of family/youth's progress.
* *Qualifications and Skills*
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
* Master’s Degree or higher required
* Licensed: LCSW, LPC (bilingual-Spanish pref.)
* Dependable, creative and enjoys helping others.
* Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
* Bilingual skills are a plus in Spanish or other languages
* Must consent to a Criminal Background Check since some of work is government contracted with school districts
