This role is perfect for someone who has prior experience in land development, project planning, execution.Key Responsibilities:Create MS Project schedules for each assigned community and maintains weekly.Coordinate contractors, engineers, architects, and other trade partners to ensure timely project executionMaintain project files, track milestones and update status reportsCoordinates site evaluations/inspectionsParticipate in team meetings and ensuring action items are followed up onDevelop relationships with customers and municipalitiesProject Cost ControlHOA and Condo Association collaboration in conjunction with HOA management companyLeadership and Mentoring - contributing positively to team developmentSpecial Projects & Project AcceptanceQualifications:3 years prior experience in land development roleExcellent communication skillsDemonstrated ability to find common purpose to achieve successful project outcomesExcellent organizational and follow up skillsAttention to detailAbility to handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyCommitment xhuatnn to meeting deadlinesA problem-solving mindset focused on finding solutions in variable project environmentsFlexibility to self-adapt to changing project requirementsPositive attitude and desire to be part of a successful teamWe offer an excellent compensation and benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision/prescription insurance, 401(k) with a company match, income protection insurance, home purchase discounts, tuition reimbursement, professional development, and much moreWe look forward to connecting with you
