Job Summary:Medical Commercial Construction Field Superintendent to oversee one or more working areas of a commercial construction project. Role requires scheduling and coordination of construction crews, and execution of the project documents. Must be familiar with interiors, MEP systems & medical facilities inspections & approvals (TDH experience required)Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.Role Requirements:3-5+ years field experience as a medical commercial construction superintendent (medical construction experience required).Knowledge of scheduling and sequencing of construction activities as they relate to occupied hospitals, ground-up new construction, patient care areas (i.e. MRI, CT X-Ray, etc.), and ICRA requirements.Experience with local property management companies & medical facilities.General Computer Skills (MS Office, MS Project, Raken, etc.).Position Responsibilities:Develop project schedule and site utilization plans.Maintain the overall project schedule and 3-week look ahead schedule.Coordinate, schedule and manage all vendor and subcontractor activities.Make sure all project and job site reporting is completed accurately, timely and consistently.Ensure proper safety measures are maintained and adhered to.Manage the quality control on the project.Closeout the project in compliance with the contract documents.Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:OSHA 10 (or OSHA 30 is preferred)Valid Driver’s LicenseConstruction Degree isn’t required (but a plus)About the Company: Endurance Builders is a General Contractor serving the greater Houston Area with project types ranging from interior buildouts, healthcare renovations, hospitality / restaurants, and new / ground-up construction. xhuatnn Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary, Profit Sharing, dental, medical and life insurance, 401k with matching benefits, and more.Employment Type: Full-timeEmail Resume / Contact Info To:
