CornerStone Staffing is looking for enthusiastic Collections Representatives in Arlington, TX (76018)REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of RECENT collections experienceProfessional communication skills (written and verbal) and active listening skillsBasic computer and Microsoft Office skillsStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesSelf-motivated with a strong initiative to succeedTEMP TO HIRE**Onsite**Opportunity for OvertimeStart Date: Next Class is 1/2026Mention Job #153212 In Your Communication Job Title: Auto Collections RepresentativeJob Description:Collect delinquent automotive accounts efficiently and professionally, following standardized proceduresPay: $19/hr ($22/hr. once hired on) Schedules:Shifts: Between 8AM-9PMDays Off: Two days off each weekWeekends: Availability needed for up to 2 Saturdays a month and 1 Sunday per quarterOvertime: Mandatory overtime at month-endExample Schedule:Monday - Friday:8AM-5PM (2 shifts)12PM-9PM (2 shifts)Saturday: 8AM-2PM (Up to 2 Saturdays a month)Sunday: 2PM-8PM (one Sunday shift per quarter)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Meets performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives (e.g., minimum calls per day, contact percentage, promises/call ratio, promises kept).Manages client communications and provides accurate account details and information with a high level of professionalism and integrity, while following all required compliance and quality expectations.Executes calls to assigned accounts in order of the collection system queue priority as established by current calling strategy.Documents all collection efforts for each assigned account in the collection system using appropriate codes and notes in accordance with established procedures.Offers/executes payment assistance and settlement programs for clients based upon written policy guidelines.Ensures that all accounts have been thoroughly worked according to established procedures (including contact attempts, required letters, etc.)Benefits Once Hired PermanentlyMONTHLY bonus incentivesExceptional benefits including 401K with 6% match and pension planPaid time offOpportunity to earn hybrid/remote status with excellent performance and attendanceLEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
