Oversee the design, engineering, and construction of complex construction projects. Develop and implement bulk material handling systems, ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards. Oversee the fabrication and manufacturing process, ensuring all products are produced to the highest quality. Manage turn-key projects, overseeing all aspects from initial design to final construction. Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Continually monitor and evaluate the performance of the engineering team, providing feedback and training as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, implementing them into the company's operations where appropriate.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or further professional certifications would be advantageous. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on design, engineering, bulk material handling systems, fabrication, manufacturing, turn-key, and machinery. Proven experience leading and managing a team of engineers. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences. Proficiency in relevant software, including CAD and project management tools. Must be a team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
