Interior Designer – Full-Time

We are seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer to join our studio and support all phases of the design process from concept through installation. This is a collaborative role within a fast-paced, architecturally driven design firm serving discerning residential clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who is highly organized, detail oriented, dependable, accountable, and committed to excellence in both communication and execution.Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and DocumentationDevelop detailed furniture plans and interior elevationsExecute custom furniture and millwork drawings with precisionPick up redlines from principal and senior designers accurately and efficientlyContribute to kitchen and bath design layouts and specificationsProject CoordinationSource and procure furniture, fabrics, finishes, and architectural materialsConfirm pricing, availability, and lead times with vendorsCreate and maintain budgets, schedules, and specification documentsManage purchasing, expediting, and project logisticsMaintain organized project binders and digital files with meticulous attention to detailCreative DevelopmentGather inspiration imagery for project concepts and the studio libraryDevelop mood boards and client presentations that reflect project visionSupport in generating design concepts, palettes, and storytelling elementsTeam and Client SupportCommunicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formatsCollaborate with team members and support junior designers as neededMaintain and nurture vendor relationshipsAssist in furniture installations and on-site coordinationREQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIESDegree in Interior Design or Interior ArchitectureMinimum 4 years of professional interior design experience, excluding internships or academic workAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD is requiredExperience with Studio Designer is strongly preferredStrong knowledge of custom furniture, cabinetry, and architectural detailingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment xhuatnn Highly accountable, dependable, and detail oriented with strong follow throughAbility to manage multiple projects and oversee other designers when neededKnowledge of local showrooms, vendors, and trade resourcesMust be a U.S. resident with a valid driver’s license and carCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSCompensation is competitive and based on experienceThis is an in-person studio position, not remotePaid vacation and sick time providedAccess to healthcare benefitsIf you are a motivated designer with a passion for refined interiors, architectural detail, and collaborative excellence and you bring accountability and precision to everything you touch, we would love to hear from you.
