Metric Geo are partnered with a leading site development contractor specializing in large scale mission-critical and commercial projects up to 100+ acres. They’re seeking a Project Engineer to strengthen their Project Management team and drive success on high-demand data center and commercial projects.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Key responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle site development projects (20–100+ acres) supporting mission-critical and large-scale data center programs.Oversee earthwork, utilities, foundations, paving, and infrastructure delivery from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, supervise crews and subcontractors, monitor progress, prepare reports and ensure deadlines are met.Requirements:Proven experience managing large-scale site development or infrastructure projects, ideally within data center, industrial, or technology-driven environments.Strong understanding of civil construction processes — including grading, drainage, utilities, concrete, and roadway systems.Ability to coordinate site permitting, inspections, and utility tie-ins with local jurisdictions and design teams.Demonstrated success managing multiple subcontractors and earthwork crews under tight schedules.Why Apply?Competitive salary & performance bonusFull benefits: health, vision, dental, 401(k) w/ matchCareer growth in a booming data center marketReach out to lucas.chadwick@metric-search.com or call 646-814-0307 to discussThis position is urgent and will not be available for long so apply today.
